Rules of reservation
Hotel bookingsWe apply the the recommendations of SHR (the Swedish Hotel and Restaurant Association) regarding hotel bookings. You find them in brief down below. If you wish to read the recommmendations of SHR in its entirety, you can download the pdf ”Staying at a hotel”.
- The hotel room is at your disposal from 03 p.m. at the day of arrival.
- At the day of departure you must leave the room the latest at 12 noon.
- The room is reserved until 6 p.m. the day of arrival. If you arrive later than that, you must inform this to the hotel, to not run the risk the room will be rent out to someone else.
- Cancellation of hotel room must be done the latest 6 p.m. the day before arrival. If the cancellation occurs later than that, or if the guest does not appear at all, the room cost will be charged for twenty-four hours.
